slices of turkey breast and flatten them to make them thinner and more homogeneous. Slice the cheese thinly (I used pecorino Falisco Chiodetti of the company Civitacastellana) and finish with a leaf of chard freshly burned. Roll up and put in the microwave (I Jet set 5 minutes). Garnish with a few leaves of chard and a fresh sprig of mint flavored rub that will give even more fragrance to the dish!
