The pizza is always the pizza dinner and we like so much! This pizza had to be cream and mushrooms, but only while preparing it's hubby who said " now suffering a bit 'to recover the salami ".... perhaps had a point!
Ingredients: 500 g

125 ml cream 30 g of dried mushrooms
50 g salami slices
100 g mozzarella
Procedure: Prepare the

Cut the mozzarella in slices and place on a plate with a little salt to make it drip. Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for about 20 minutes. After this time, melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the mushrooms. Sauté a few minutes, add a ladle of water from the mushrooms and cook over medium heat to evaporate all their water. Then set the mushrooms on the pizza with the sausage and mozzarella.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut and serve.
